Important: We only accept returns or exchanges for products that are completely unused, unopened, and have their original seal intact within 14 days of delivery.

This policy ensures that every product you receive from us is fresh, safe, and has never been tampered with. We cannot accept returns of opened, used, or partially used products under any circumstances.

  • Product must be in its original, sealed packaging
  • All security seals must be intact and unbroken
  • Product must not show any signs of use or tampering
  • Original invoice or order confirmation must be provided

How to Initiate a Return

If your product meets our return criteria, please follow these simple steps:

Email us at support@yourstore.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and reason for return.

Receive Return Authorization

Our team will review your request and provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and return shipping instructions.

Pack and Ship

Securely pack the unused, unopened product with the RAN clearly marked on the package. Ship it to the address provided.

Quality Check and Refund

Once we receive and verify the product condition, your refund will be processed within 7 business days.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

We take great care in packaging and shipping your orders. However, if you receive a damaged, leaked, or incorrect item, we're here to help.

Report within 48 hours: You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery to qualify for a replacement or refund for damaged or incorrect items.

Required Documentation:

  • Clear photos of the damaged product and packaging
  • Unboxing video (highly recommended for faster processing)
  • Order number and delivery confirmation
  • Description of the issue

Upon verification, we will immediately ship a replacement or process a full refund, including any shipping charges you paid.

Allergic Reactions and Skin Sensitivity

We understand that everyone's skin is unique, and reactions can vary from person to person. While we formulate our products with the highest quality ingredients, we cannot offer refunds for allergic reactions or skin incompatibility.

We strongly recommend:

  • Carefully reading the complete ingredient list before purchase
  • Performing a patch test on a small area of skin before full application
  • Consulting with a dermatologist if you have known sensitivities
  • Discontinuing use immediately if irritation occurs

Order Cancellation Policy

We process orders quickly to ensure you receive your products as soon as possible. Because of this, cancellation windows are limited.

Cancellation Deadline: Orders can only be cancelled before they are processed and dispatched. Once a tracking number is generated or the order is shipped, cancellations are no longer possible.

To cancel an order:

  • Contact us immediately at support@yourstore.com
  • Include your order number in the subject line
  • We will confirm if cancellation is still possible

If your order has already shipped, you may refuse delivery or follow our standard return process once you receive the package (provided the product remains unopened and sealed).

Refund Process and Timeline

Once your return is received and passes our quality inspection, we will process your refund promptly.

Refund Timeline:
Day 1-2: Return received at our facility
Day 3-7: Quality inspection and refund processing
Day 8-14: Refund appears in your original payment method

Refund Method: All refunds are credited back to the original payment method used during purchase. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take an additional 5-7 business days for the funds to appear in your account.

Shipping Costs: Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (damaged, defective, or incorrect item). Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise specified.
